two rays coincide only for the seat directly below the pot — elsewhere chips travel a different line than the one that placed the seat.
01 angle is an output. place a seat by arc, then read its angle.
02 seats have a footprint. equal center-arc leaves uneven gaps — space by box width along the rail.
03 dealer parity. odd counts give the dealer its own slot; even counts don’t — every gap stays equal.
04 invisible bands. the felt reserves chrome zones at its edges — the ring solves inside them, so seats stay structurally clear of the panels.
